A couple of days ago, nawab Saif Ali Khan and his begum Kareena Kapoor were clicked when they were off to Bangkok for a work cum holiday sojourn. Reportedly, Saif was to shoot for a commercial and her darling missus joined her for a mini-vacay. When the holiday came to an end, *surprise-surprise* we also saw Karisma Kapoor coming out of the airport with Bebo!
