In the wake of the ongoing controversy over certification of Bollywood film "Udta Punjab", based on the menace of drugs in Punjab, the censor board has cleared Punjabi filmmaker Baljeet Singh's upcoming film "Dhee Punjab Di" with a 'U' certificate.
