A notice of violation and a request for compliance were sent to singer Justin Bieber by Toronto Animal Services after he recently posed for photographs with big jungle cats during his visit.
Bieber has been officially warned by the authorities here, against cuddling lion cubs on camera during future visits to the city, reports hollywoodreporter.com.
