Shah Rukh Khan has revealed that he would like to remake the hit American show 'Breaking Bad' as a feature film.

Talking to a leading daily, Shah Rukh revealed that he would like to make the show into a feature film instead of another television show because he felt it is too evolved to come on Indian television and that the Indian audiences would not be accepting of the meth, drugs and mafia which were a part of the original show. However the theme of a man who is about to die taking a chance to save his family work work for a feature film, says Khan!

Shah Rukh said, "I want to make it into a movie. As a series, it is too evolved to come on Indian television. The Indian audience won’t be accepting of meth, drugs and the mafia. But the story of a man who is going to die and takes a chance to save his family is a good premise for a feature film. I have asked some people who have said that they would get me the rights. I am at that age when it will be interesting to take up such a role."

When asked whether he would be playing the role of Walter White, the chemistry teacher turned rogue in this movie remake, SRK had a tongue in cheek reply to give, "Great films dont work without me, darling!"

Shah Rukh is currently busy promoting his upcoming film 'Dilwale' which also stars Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon and has been directed by Rohit Shetty. It is all set to release on 18th December 2015.
