In the First Look, we can see Ajay Devgn hanging from the cliff in the picturesque locales of Landour - Lap of Himalayas.

Shivaay, which also stars Dilip Kumar's niece Sayesha Saigal, releases in Diwali 2016, along with Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which has Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in the lead.
