Director Sujoy Ghosh gave Vidya Balan an incredible, award-winning role and film, Kahaani, in 2012. And the actress is currently working in Te3N, where Sujoy is the creative producer of the film. The actress has currently wrapped up the shoot in Kolkata, where she was shooting with her co-stars from the film, Amitabh Bachchan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. In an interaction with a popular daily, Vidya spoke about her role in the film and her plans about doing Kahaani 2.
On being asked her role in Te3N, Vidya shared, “It's only a special appearance but Ribhu Dasgupta's (director) script is fantastic. And I'm playing a cop for the first time,” she said. She further spilled the beans about the much-talked-about Kahaani 2 sequel. Vidya admitted that she and Sujoy are working on something. “Sujoy and I are doing a film which will roll early next year, I'm hoping it will be Kahaani 2 but Sujoy has other interesting scripts too,” she said.
