Dismissing reports over having made voluntary cuts to procure a UA certificate for his upcoming film Jal Gangaajal, director Prakash Jha has stated that these reports are "misleading and inaccurate."
Prakash Jha took to his social media to dismiss all reports which said that his film was being granted the A certificate by the Censor board following which Jha had locked horns with them. Instead the director said that he would be appealing against the Central Board of Film Certification's (CBFC) decision. He wrote, "Misleading and inaccurate! Never made voluntary cuts.. We are going in appeal against the CBFC's decision.."
Jal Gangaajal stars Priyanka Chopra and will also feature Prakash Jha himself in a pivotal role. The film is all set to release on 4th March 2016.
