The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chief Pahlaj Nihalani has been in the news for quite sometime now, especially for imposing a ban on the usage of cuss words in the films.
Recently, he locked horns with director Hansal Mehta over the certification of the trailer of Aligarh starring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao in the lead.
