The Rock On 2 team – Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Prachi Desai, who wrapped up their shoot in Shillong few weeks back, are slated to join again for the next schedule in January, which will happen in Mumbai.Farhan, who had recently said that shooting in Meghalaya actually meant to be a tribute to the long-neglected Indian State, however, doesn’t wish to talk further more about the project.
However, the film’s leading lady, Shraddha Kapoor, who had flooded her Instagram account with tons of pictures from the sets as well as the stunning locales of Meghalaya’s capital, sounds too excited about being part of the film especially since she will be singing all her own songs in the film. “Yes, I will be singing all my songs. It has been so lovely, it was one of the best schedules of my life in picturesque Shillong. It was absolutely amazing,” said Shraddha, who revealed that the film’s next schedule will happen in Mumbai.
The actress further said, “I am so happy to be part of Rock On 2, it has been my dream when I saw the first Rock On. I wanted to be in the sequel and I have to pinch myself that it is actually happening. Farhan, Arjun, Purab, Shashank (actor-musician)...all are fantastic to work with.”
